Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 今年3月，特斯拉基于端到端的FSD V12逐步开始向北美用户大规模推送。“特斯拉在过去一个多月时间内已经在美国进行了FSD的大量测试，从反馈效果来看，特斯拉的自动驾驶已经接近于落地的节点了。”北方工业大学汽车产业创新研究中心主任纪雪洪在接受记者采访时表示，此时特斯拉将其FSD带入中国，将加速国内自动驾驶技术的提升。
会上，福建省委常委、常务副省长郭宁宁表示，福建聚焦市场有效、政府有为、企业有利、群众有感，创新推出营商环境数字化监测督导机制，政务服务更加便利、审批监管更加高效、政策落实更加精准、法治保障更加有力，全省营商环境建设态势良好，市场主体对营商环境的获得感不断提升。
杨伟斌也提出，目前，L2级智能驾驶技术已实现上车，但L3级技术还存在争议，包括系统不能应对时需要驾驶员接管，衔接上存在安全隐患。而L4级的自动驾驶技术在拥挤、施工、两轮车较多等路况下还有挑战，还需要百万甚至千万公里验证。
